FASGI CARES Project aims to provide support for our community to alleviate the negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in our physical, emotional, social, and mental health. Throughout the month of November and December, FASGI will be offering free sessions to our community to help us build resilience from COVID-19.

Quiet a busy mind, allow the natural sleep cycle to begin. COVID-19 and the associated global pandemic increases stress that interferes with sleep. Guided meditation prepares your body and mind, so you can more easily transition to healing that occurs in deep, slow brainwave states. As a participant you will build mental meditation pathways for your daily journey to deep restful sleep.

Victoria Graham is a physical therapist, educator, published author and researcher practicing in the United States since 1988. Specializing in trauma rehabilitation, her patients improved physically, yet many still suffered from emotional trauma, stored deep within the body. After years of study, she developed an integrated approach blending neuroscience, postures to release pain patterns in the body, healing energy work, restorative hypnotherapy and mindfulness meditation. https://www.victoriagraham.org/
